Cancellations: - Cancellation within 07 days prior to arrival: 50% room revenue of one night for all room reserved will be charged. - Cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival: 100% room revenue charge of one night for all room reserved will be applied. - No-Show will be charged 100% of total room revenue (full length stay charge). This is also applied to early departure booking (shorter stay).
Children and extra beds: - All children under 5 years old stay free of charge - All children over 5 and under 11 years old are charged 7 USD per night - All children over 11 years old are charged 15 USD per night for extra beds
Check-in / Check out: - Check-in time: After 14h00. - Check-out time: Before 12h00. - The early check in depending on room availability. - When you want to get a room, please bring your booking confirmation or passport.
Other policies: - According to provisions of Vietnam law, a foreigner and a Vietnamese guest must have marriage certificate when using same room. - If You have any special requirements such as pets, vegetarian, non smoking rooms, special help for disabled people... please notice with us in order to ensure all requirements will be satisfied. In the case of the special requirements at any time without notice, Hoi An Emotion Villa does not guarantee the villa can satisfy these requirements according to the wishes of the customer.
